Kim Ludvigsen is Danish, lives in Zürich, is married and has one daughter. He studied Civil Engineering at the ETH in Zürich and graduated in 1981. In 1986, he attended the MBA Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. After returning to Switzerland, he went into Management Consulting, working for Accenture, Apax Partners and Ernst & Young, where he specialised in Corporate Finance and Valuation Methodology. He has co-founded several start-ups, the most successful being Enterprise Communications in 1997. As CFO and Head of Investor Relations, he raised CHF 18.5 million. The company’s valuation increased from CHF 5 million to CHF 250 million during his four years of activity. Today, Kim works as a coach and angel investor with young technology companies. In the period 2004-2010 he worked with Business Development and M&A at Swiss Post, where he met Interprefy’s IP Manager Peter Frei. Together they developed the Interprefy concept in January 2014.
