We provide three levels of service: We actively search for innovative projects and teams with high potential. We analyse the business idea, its market and execution strategy in confidentiality. Selected projects are presented to our clients, together with our analysis of the project potential. We provide advice to entrepreneurs and investors in all relevant aspects related to the acquisition of the equity stake (e.g. valuations, legal procedures, contract clauses and conditions). Once invested, we focus in boosting the project during its first years, providing advice to the project's team in all areas necessary for the project's success. We also provide investors with quarterly reporting and specialist advice in the design of a successful exit strategy.
