Mike Unwalla is a freelance technical communicator who trades as TechScribe (www.techscribe.co.uk).
Many years ago, Mike taught English as a foreign language. Mike started his technical communication career in 1995 as an employee of a software company. In 1999, he started his freelance career. Mike uses controlled language to make his documents as clear as possible. In 2012, he released a term checker for the controlled language ASD-STE100 (www.asd-ste100.org).
